Deacon Joanne's undergraduate degree was in Music Education. She received a Masters of Theological Studies from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio and was ordained to Word and Service ministry in 1990. Before moving to Roseau, she served congregations in Western North Dakota, specializing in the areas of worship, music, and faith formation.
Deacon Joanne and Pastor Dave enjoy spending time with their son in North Dakota and their daughter, son-in-law, and little granddaughter in Iowa. Deacon Joanne enjoys flower gardening, photography, and spending time in God's beautiful Creation!
